At PAWLÉ, we handle returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
● Unused
● In original condition
● In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will provide a replacement
or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original
payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment
provider.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty
